Enquiry – You can either enquire through the quotation request form on the website after viewing some of the example menus we have on offer, please be aware all of the menus can be tailored to your individual requirements or call one of the team at Spitting Pig South West who will gladly run through your requirements with you and answer any of the questions that you might have.
Quotation – The team at Spitting Pig South West will prepare several suitable menus and quotations for you and send these out by email within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. This will then be followed by a call from a team member to make sure you have received the menus and that everything is as you wanted.
Communication – Once you’ve received your quotation we’ll ask when it’s best for you to call back to discuss the quotation further. We then will make sure that we give you a call back on that date to discuss the menu and service in more detail. This will give you a good amount of time to think of as many questions as you can. If you decide that you would like to change some aspects of the menu/quotation just let us know and we can arrange for a re-quote to be sent straight back to you. If you decide that you would like us to cater for you, we’ll then begin to prepare your file and schedule for future correspondence.
Schedule – Hopefully you’ll decide we’re the catering company for you and if that’s the case we will begin by getting some information from you about your event and transfer this to one of our event schedules. The schedule that we put together for you becomes the blue print for the day, handed to both the kitchen and service staff on the day, Spitting Pig South West we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and as you wanted from start to finish. As we discuss the event in detail over the coming months the schedule will normally change from time to time and when this happens we make the changes and send an amended version straight over to you. If necessary we can meet up with you at the venue to discuss the event in more detail.
On the day of the event – The team at Spitting Pig South West will arrive at the venue approximately 6-7 hours before your chosen hog roast gloucester serve time, if by previous arrangement we have agreed on an earlier time then we will arrive when agreed. Once at the venue we will set up as previously agreed and begin preparing and cooking your menu from its raw ingredients.
